Our approach to homebuilding is fundamentally different. Every home in our curated catalogue is supported by proprietary immersive VR design software, allowing clients to step inside their future home-on their actual build site-before fabrication begins. Clients can explore layouts, experience scale and light, test finishes, and make real-time design adjustments while viewing the home from any angle, inside and out. Window placement, orientation, and views are optimized visually and spatially, not guessed at on paper. This process dramatically reduces revisions, accelerates decision-making, and ensures precise alignment with the client's vision. Once finalized, that vision flows directly to our fabrication facility, enabling home delivery in as little as 90-120 days.

For clients who wish to bring their own designs or architects, our architectural, engineering, manufacturing and design teams are experienced in collaborating with external teams to translate their unique visions into our system.
