Immersive Homes does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer Your Personal Information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration — period. We believe Your Personal Information belongs to You. It is used solely to deliver and improve the Services You have requested from us.

We may also use Your Personal Information to train our AI technologies to provide better Services.

Where AI-driven processing involves automated decision-making that significantly affects You, You may have the right to: (i) request human review of any automated decision; (ii) ask for an explanation of the logic involved; and (iii) Challenge or contest an outcome. 6. Communications Through SMS/Text Messaging

If You provide Your mobile number and consent for IH to contact You through text messages (SMS Messaging), we may from time to time send You information, payment notifications, reminders, and marketing information. While IH does not charge for these messages, please be aware that some wireless carriers may impose fees for receiving these messages. There is a possibility that IH text messaging is not supported by Your wireless carrier service provider. You should check with Your carrier for details.  

You may opt out of receiving text messages from IH at any time by unsubscribing from the service. IH may discontinue or modify our text messaging services without notice at any time and/or for any reason without liability to You or any other party. By authorizing IH to send You text messages, You understand and agree to receive information about Your account, Services offered by IH or its affiliates, as well as marketing information. You also agree that the phone number You provide IH is Your number and You will hold harmless and indemnify IH from any responsibility should You provide an incorrect phone number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

IH will retain Your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain compliance with applicable laws, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. IH’s website is not directed to or intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). IH complies with all requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13). Rights for California Residents

It is a violation of the CCPA to discriminate against You because You exercised any of Your rights under the CCPA, including, for example, being denied goods or services, being charged different prices or rates (including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties), being provided a different level or quality of goods or services, or having a business suggest that a consumer will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.  

The CCPA requires us to state whether we sell the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. We do not intentionally collect the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age. Rights for Utah Residents

Utah Consumers have certain rights, including the right to confirm whether Immersive Homes is processing a Utah Consumer’s own personal data and accessing such personal data, deleting the Utah Consumer’s own personal data that is provided to the Company by the Utah Consumer, obtaining a copy of the Utah Consumer’s personal data, that was previously provided to Immersive Homes, in a format that, to the extent technically feasible, is portable, to the extent practicable, is readily usable, and allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without impediment, where the processing is carried out by automated means.
