We depend on our local real estate community to help homebuyers discover the perfect land. Real estate agents can work directly with potential buyers to locate and secure land, earning commission independently from the new home construction.
We offer the following commission rates on our new construction homes:
commission paid on the base price of any pre-sale homes.
commission paid on the final price for any inventory or homes under construction.
*Realtor commissions are paid at the closing of the home. For Pre-sale homes built "on your land," commissions are not paid on the land purchase, site improvements, or any additional client selected options.
**In order to receive commission, realtor must provide Buyer's Representation Agreement effectively dated prior to first visit and/or registration from the buyer.
