We start by integrating your property into your design with our complimentary land scan and due diligence process. Our civil engineering team reviews your property, build envelope, and environmental factors to determine the perfect placement for your new home. Our land scan allows us to begin walking your site immediately.
Your Home, Your Design
Your home design begins by selecting the Collection that best aligns with your vision or choosing something from our pre-designed catalog. We’ll complete your preliminary home layoutand renderings with our Architectural CGI team, including placement on your homesite, so you know exactly what your views will look like.

Design & Interior
Immersive Home Technologies has fundamentally changed the custom home design experience. Instead of rounds and rounds of architectural drawings and endless appointments at suppliers, we’re bringing everything to you, instantly.
Our interior design and architectural team will build your home inside and out, including all design finishes, walking you through your home in our AR presentation model. You’ll get to test in real time what the home looks and feels like.
Construction & Site Preparation
With your home designed and your home site picked, we’ll begin the process of offsite construction and site development, simultaneously.

Home Delivery & Finish Work
We’ll deliver your home directly from our offsite facilities to your homesite, where your foundation is ready. Our expert team of contractors and trades will complete the finish work on your home, including any remaining exterior and interior items such as final painting, application of exterior siding or cladding, utility connections, and all other considerations. We also provide landscaping services to ensure your home is move-in ready inside and out.
Final Touches & Move-In
Your final inspection will be ordered and completed, your loan or financing closed and completed, and an internal quality check will round out your build time with us. Your home will be move-in ready, with keys and dreams delivered.
Customer Care
Our dedicated customer care and warranty team will work with you after your home has closed to ensure everything is working as intended and all warranty items are addressed.
