Once your design is finalized, your order is placed and home construction can begin. Using state-of-the-art, dedicated home fabrication facilities our team and partners build your home in a controlled environment optimized for energy efficiency and low cost of ownership. All of our homes meet or exceed local building codes.

As your home undergoes fabrication, our in-house construction team prepares every aspect of your home's foundation and on-site considerations such as integrating water, sewer, gas, electric.

Once construction is complete, your home is carefully transported from the facility to your site. Our logistics team ensures that all modules arrive on schedule, and ready for final on-site construction. Using cranes, your home is set onto it's foundation with precision. The home is then fully installed and weatherized to protect it from the elements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Once your home is set, our construction team handles any remaining exterior and interior items such as final painting, application of exterior siding or cladding, utility connections, and all other considerations. We also provide landscaping services to ensure your home is move-in ready inside and out.

Before handing over the keys, your home undergoes thorough inspections by both our team and local authorities to ensure everything is in order and up to code. We complete any final adjustments and conduct a detailed walkthrough with you.

The Immersive Homes service department provides ongoing support to homeowners after they move in. This team handles issues related to the home’s construction, including repairs and warranty claims.
